CNC Milling Machining Service

CNC milling follows detailed CAD or CAM instructions to remove material with controlled tool paths. Multi-axis machine tools allow workpieces to be milled from several angles, helping complex and precise components move from drawing to finished part with fewer setups.

Milling is one of our core machining services. We provide horizontal and vertical milling for simple features, angled faces, grooves, and complex geometries across prototype and production requirements.

Our process supports 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis, and right-angle milling, with finishing options such as anodizing, plating, polishing, passivation, and sandblasting available according to material and drawing requirements.

Process Type

Our CNC milling covers plane milling, including horizontal and vertical surfaces, groove milling for keyways, T-slots, and dovetail grooves, plus face milling for flat surfaces and cut parts.
